The "hide online status from friend's list" proposal has 5 different versions. People, get your act together and vote on one.

Prop 52 936 votes (assuming voters simply take this to mean invisable to friends or hide online status, the proposal is utterly borked as far as what it actually says)

Prop 479 266 votes

Prop 823 199 votes

Prop 721 188 votes

Prop 855 175 votes

Total = 1764

Combined, that makes it the single most requested feature in SL. Come on folks, get your acts together and put them into a single, concisely worded proposal that wakes up Linden Labs and has them smell the coffee. I would suggest Prop 479.

....checked the 479, and thats not exactly what I was after, though related.... Instead of just being impossible to FIND, I'd prefer the online status to be completely removed, if one so wishes.
