I hate that key because I'll be doing some work, then I accidentally press it, and then SL gets minimized. Then i have to wait for windows to refresh, and then click SL, wait for the textures to refresh and be seen. Takes for ever.. then again everything takes foreer on a 533 MHz computer POS you know. heh

Do a Google search for - disable "windows key" - and you'll find a few instructions on editing a specific registry key to eliminate your problem.

Don't quote me on this, since it was a long time ago that I checked, but I believe that the Windows key may not actually be application-toggleable. It's part of MS's "Embrace, Extend, Insert Crap Functionality Everywhere effort?" :)

If you don't want to mess with your registry, you can always just pop your Windows key off the keyboard altogether, though personally, I'd go for the Registry option. :)

OMFG 533MHz??? And I thought my 3 year old 1333MHz AMD was crap.
SL isnt even supposed to run on something that old. Min specs are 800MHz IIRC.

And what's amazing is that i actually get 10 FPS. With Lighting, and the medium setting for ground. 64 meter draw distance though.

now it may not be an option any more, but i do believe i remember seeing this in some other game, they gave you the option of disabling it. A registry hack is not exactly a viable solution for those people who still want to use their windows key outside of SL
