Nicer privacy fence than the red bars please!

I know, it's kinda like the other thread, but since this is so simple I didn't want it to get lost in the clutter of other ideas.

Also, it's worth doing 'cause for a lot of people running into the bars isn't a problem, but seeing them is... like when I first moved into my home my neighbor had her fence up so basically it was always in my view, even when I was just sitting around in my living room.

So here's my simple idea, basically the fence and the ban and stuff all work the same way, but the way the fence appears is different.

1) The bars are thinner and more transparent.
2) The bars are only red if you're running into them. If you're just flying by or standing next to them they're a neutral white halo type color
3) They only appear when you're much closer to them, like 1 or 2 meters, UNLESS
4) You're moving really fast in their direction.

You could actually make it so that the faster you're moving the farther away they show.

What do you guys think? I think it's be a small change that would make a lot of people a lot happier! ^_^
