My suggestion is quite simple:
Create a forum thread for each propositions up for vote: it's a shame not to be able to discuss it only because it's original poster didn't bother to create a thead.

Actually, I'd prefer to require a previously existing forum to be entered in order to submit a proposal, perhaps by selecting or searching from a list of threads in Feature Suggestions. If a proposal hasn't already been discussed in Feature Suggestions, I don't think it ought to be proposed, and this would help people actually look to see if it's been proposed already before they propose it again.
But that's just me, I guess. neko _____________________

I like this idea. However, unlike the Scripting Library, which sees only a few additions per week - and is run by one awesome mod (Nada's done an excellent job) - voting proposals are being added way too fast to catch quickly and create a thread for.
I think, however, that proposals with over X votes and no thread should have one created automatically, provided someone could be allocated to this role. That might help. ![]() _____________________
