can we have more groups then 10?

everytime someone wants to invite me in a group i have to leave one cause i allready have 10, first it was simple to leave one but as i been longer on sl i have some groups i cant leave, so i say 10 groups thats to little you should atleast have 10 more for starters, i hope linden labs will do something about this,

When I first arrived, I belonged to a couple of groups.. for "fun"... then, began building home furnishings (Enchantment Falls-plug ), and wanting to beable to get out in SL world... to sell some of my items, I had to join retail groups. Which, joining the groups is a good thing, to protect the land from prim trash, as I refer to it as. However... as I grow with my SL... so do I expand throughout. Unfortunately... sad to say... I've had to not only leave some great groups...that were fun to be apart of... but, turn down also.. some very awesome ones ;*(
I really think.. Linden staff.. you really should consider one of two things.. 1) up the group allottment as a whole to least double, or 2) create normal groups, and seperate retail groups.

At least GLANCE at the rest of the forum before posting, there are two major threads on the 1st forum page about this.

well this seems to be a real issue all want more groups then 10 so it doesnt matter where we post it, its just to keep it up, alot would like to have more groups, i just hope that the lindens see this and do something about it

Just joining more groups is not the solution. Yes i'm gonna give you the link to my .group thread , feel free to read it! Just raising the limit is not a solution, a total rebuild of the group system is!
