optional land sales search

With all of the new land renters, that own private estates, its almost impossible to decifer between, whats for rent, or actually For SALE on the mainland, I think there should be just one more tab under the land sales:

non LL tier land,
first land
auction
for sale

I like to keep all my tier coming from one place, and since I already pay full Sim Tier to LL, I want to keep it that way, but its very hard to find land actually forsale under search.....

Agreed, except that "Non LL tier land" is spelled "Estate" or "Island".

(actually, I think it should be a separate tab from "land sales" because it's even less like a "sale" than mainland sales are, but I'd be satisfied with this change)
