Adding Folders

When dragged onto an avatar, folders should just add the clothes or attachments they contain, without taking off those on other body parts,
that are still availble. Empty clothes and attachments would help this purpose.

What about those of us who have prim avatars? How would I then detatch prims parts that aren't overwritten, use a NULL prim? In which case, what's a NULL prim and how do I make one?

Why don't you just detach all, Draco? Then wear what you want.

Would be best an option maybe, or a key can hold down when dragging the folder. I would like to see right-clicking on a folder have the "Wear" option, but you could also have a "Wear and replace" or something better named. The first does what you're suggesting, the second is the current behaviour.

My main concern is having to copy HUD attachments, or constantly re-add them just to switch between variations of an avatar.

Maybe wouldn't be perfect, but wouldn't be much better by default?

don't change the default behavior. if you want new function, add it instead.

Yes, and allow us to set in preferences what we want it to do. Because all my avatars are furry, with different attachment points. It's much faster to drag and let the parts detach themselves, rather than having to right click-detach all. Especially when lagging and you click something you didn't mean to click, etc.
