When setting mod rights on an object, texturing should be its own seperate right

What i mean is, if i set something to no mod, i want the buyer to at least be able to change the color and texture, but not add their own stuff or take away, or make it bigger. Basicaly the ONLY thing they can do is change the color and texture of all the prims. I dont know if this is something a lot of people would like to see, but i know for me personaly a feature like this would work perfectly for every item i sell.(novum inc. selby)

It would be nice to have such a permission built in, but I don't view it as terribly critical as it's already possible to accomplish this with relatively simple scripting.
