while ll hesitates to create an automatic mail alias between [email]firstname.lastname@secondlife.com[/email] and the resident's email because of possible spam, could ll make the creation of such an alias that the resident could have the option to have such an alias. then the spam result (if any) would be on the resident and not ll.
it would be nice to have [email]stoneself.karuna@secondlife.com[/email] go to like [email]someaddress.ichoose@someserver.com[/email].

Huh? Isn't this done already? I know I have an old hotmail alias rigged to Second Life which receives my IM spam in-world. Or am I thinking something very different here?

I requested this a while ago. It's because of spam (they said back then) right now it's a UUID keyed for a couple days. It's a conversation uuid.
But I would like to see this option. Even [email]UUID@secondlife.com[/email] would be cool! _____________________
