Instead of the whole deal with behavioral ratings and pro and con, how about allowing a demerit system where Lindens (and possibly Live Help/Mentors) can issue demerits (possibly limiting mentor demerits to warning and ask not to), and once they hit a threshold it will auto-suspend an account and that systems ALT's..... and have them in varying degrees, similar to say football, having three levels of demerit... one being a basically ask not to, one being a warning and the other being an offense... add them up and when you hit a set number, you see the cornfields ..... next time it happens, you get a longer date with the cornfields...
