No rich people should be allowed in the game at all. They should all be required to donate 90% of their earnings to the poor. And if they do become rich, they have 5 days to give it all away. This proposal would prevent such proposals of sarcasm such as the statement made below in a recent proposal. And with this proposal there will be no rich. Rich people only cause trouble.
"Those who are rich in-game, or who are rich in real life shall have the ability to make any statement they please, or build large impressive things. This is acceptable because all rich people are right-thinking people who will say things that I will want to see."
Good thing that this statement isn't true or the world would be filled with more obnoxious people and more Gaudy things than there already are. ex). Anshe Chung's seemingly limitless supply of white "for sale" boxes that plague the landscapes.
