Change three ratings to one - meeting people

I don't care about ratings but there are many casual players who depend on them to have a little spending money each week. As it stands now the people with the highest ratings are those who go to clubs and the like and rate each other. So let's call it like it is.

Let's get rid of the three existing ratings and replace it with one - Meeting People. Let's also get rid of the negative button, it causes way more bad feelings than any good it does. Then people who want to do the mutual rating thing can make their L20 for the week and the rest of us who don't care about the "Meeting People skill" could care less.

great idea. the current system isn't so hot. the way it is, ratings don't really mean much, especially behavior on mondays. i received several ratings as ppl flew past me from far far off. makes me want to run over and mug them. i generally only rate ppl i've actually talked to some, and ppl get pissy. guess i should wear a 'don't rate me just for a return rating' sign. argh.
