Groups in Groups

We should let groups become members of groups. If possible, this would allow for the following features. 1. It would allow expanded group membership of active avatars beyond the 25 group limit without increasing the cap. 2. It would allow effective committee formation within existing groups. 3. It would allow real alliance-like relationships between groups. 4. It would allow development of a mortgage-system for financing projects by SL banks (SL bank as a group could be a member, even managing member, of the group to which it lent money for the duration of the pay-back).

that is ingenius! it would also help with groups that have ran out of roles but still need more roles
I'm guessing this would allow people to have access to not only more than 25 groups but also more than 10 roles per group with way less impact on server performance (I said I'm guessing, that means I'm not sure...)
