There is a popular method of putting on clothes and avatar attachments in SL today that involves dragging a folder from your inventory window and onto your avatar. This has a problem in that someone else can get in the way (especially if they're wearing a shield) and you end up giving away things to them by accident.
I propose that you should be able to right click a folder in the inventory and get a "Wear contents" menu option to avoid this problem altogether.
