I am very eager for the ability when you 'partner/marry' someone in world to have the option to change your last name to his (call me old-fashioned). I have heard many others also express this opinion. Even if this costs L$ or US$, even if cheap or expensive. It would allow those of us partnered to truly feel we are in a 'marriage'.
