it will very much help those of us trying to work together in a sim if we can see a map that colour codes areas according to numbers of prims, average updates over the past few hours (day), number of scripts etc.
we'll be able to let things ride for a day, then look at the map to quickly identify areas of the sim that might be causing sim wide problems (lag). we can then delete or alter a few things in those areas, wait a day, and see the results.

Very cool idea, Khamon - tools can be built for tracking a specific area, but seeing it SIM wide would be extremely handy at a glance. Even to see neighboring SIMs, for example, as lag can leak over SIM borders.
