This would be a place where shopkeepers and other business people get together to share tips and chew the fat.

The reason I thought of it, is I have questions for other shopowners, and that would be a good place to put them.

I would suppose 'land and economy' could be appropriate but that's become a troll pit/flamewar. It should be in the 'content creation' group I would say, farther down the page and away from most trolling.
