One problem i have noticed with banning/ejecting people from a land parcel, is that it only pushes them off of the land parcel, leaving them right there on the edge, where they can stand and shoot your place up, and you can do nothing about it.
I think it would be much better, if banning or ejecting someone from your land sent them HOME, not just moved them off the parcel. Or perhaps even a seperate option to send someone home, apart from banning or ejecting, or replace eject with send home, perhaps.
This would be a much more effective way of dealing with griefers that are harrassing you, your land, or your guests. Live Help and abuse reporting are both OK, but they just arent fast enough when you have to deal with people leaving because thet are pissed off at getting firebombed, YET AGAIN, by the person that just got banned/ejected.
