Can we get a little work done on off-line IMs? Reason I ask (again) is that, for example, yesterday I logged in, and had like 4 off-line IMs to answer. For some reason the client crashed on me before I even got to read them or look who they were from. Now I probably have 4 pissed people who had questions or issues about my products or their purchases of them.
Can we get :
1) more queue space for off-line IMs? If im on vacation for a few days my queue can get maxed fast. Especially if someone changes/sells land Im renting store space at and they return like 30 items I was selling there. I get an off-line IM for each returned item, filling my IM queue instantly. (or the ability to choose that returned items DONT each IM me)
2) some method for 'acknowledging' IMs, like as in they stay in the queue until I actually CLOSE them in the IM window, even if they arent attented to over a few logins.
