I know these have probably been mentioned numerous times before, but just in case:

Search function for inventory items (Find)

Thumbnail option for textures

History function for IMs and Teleports - the ability to hit a drop down arrow and choose from a list of most recent people you Im'd (or IM'd you) and the most recent places you teleported to.

Agreed on the find feature. I lost a L$300 item yesterday, and I still don't know where it is.

I'd also like to see the IM system improved. I'd like it to list all the people in the local area. It's sometimes hard to find people in dense groups, especially when a complete stranger has rated you and you want to thank them. :-)
