Chance Small: I own all of pandora, i have 2 buildings with small textures, no lighting, and nothing out on display yet, and the sim FPS is all the way down to 475.

Chance Small: When this first happened (I was at 20-30 sim fps) i was told too bug of textures, too much lighting, and to stretch out the build. I tear it all down (Sim FPS was like 3K-4K after tear down), rebuild it all following those instructions...

Chance Small: And the sim FPS is STILL way low.

Chance Small: I've spent too much time and money on Pandora to be dealing with low sim FPS, lag, and sim crashing.

Chance Small: I wish there was a way to easily find out what exactly is lagging the f**kin sim

Tony Tigereye: yeah that would be nice...like little hotspots on the map or something...

So... Lindens? Any hope on spending more time on performance?

I have this vision of an alternate rendering mode where intensive processes (both for server and client) are displayed in varying brightnesses/sizes of spikes of light, the different colors indicating different types of load, all layed out across a wireframe black-and-white layout of the heightmap and sky.
