There should be some user proxy setting for island sims, where the named owner can allow another user the same rights they have. This would be different from any sort of group rights, it would be for a single (or singularly named) individual(s).
ps - the new forums are very cool!

you mean so they can edit each others items?
trade cards with the user then right click on the calling card in the inventory and click "Grant Rights" (or it looks something like that). Then they can edit your objects.

No, I mean so that I as a sim owner can delegate the ability for someone esle, not a group, a single person, to do sim owner estate things, such ban users, edit land, send sim announcements, etc.. fen-

Isn't the new "partner" thing supposed to do that? though I don't think they've (LL) has set up all the functionality of it.

I agree feniks, that would be great to have. I understand they are working on that.
"Partners" designation at the moment is merely putting it on your Profile. They haven't enabled any of the other functions yet, as it is a very complicated mechanism.
What fen is alluding too (I think) is the other functions the estate owners can control, such as changing the terrain, the sun phase, turning land edit off or on, adding or removing people to the accept and ban list.

Exactly Pituca, but I dont want this to be a "Partner" type thing. Partner eludes to a romatic relationship, IMHO, which is different from a business partner or well trusted friend.
