I suggest each SIM has a group which you can join if own at least 512 m2 in that SIM.

If you want to form a sim group, make one yourself. It's been done a dozen times before or more.

Tracking down to see if there is already a group can be a pain, and you don't have to deal with people who think they're founders just because they were first.

  1. It's not really a pain. Just fly to their land, open up the about, open their profile, and voila, you can see if they're in any sim related groups. Do this enough times, you'll see if there's a group or not. Or you could just search for your sim's name. Any sim group that isn't named after their sim is a bit stupid, dontchathink?
  2. Right, instead you have to deal with "Oh, I've lived here longer, so I'm special-er."
