Iconify windows to top of screen (and/or make them draggable)

Please consider iconifying windows to the top of the screen instead of the bottom. The iconified windows get in the way of the chat overlay. Since they can't be dragged around, it would be much more preferable if they iconified to the top of the screen, out of the way of the chat text.

This is most problematic when working with multiple scripts and the object editor open. It is very difficult to do this and chat since these windows always shrink down to the location where the chat overlay text originates. At first it usually moves below the chat line, but as soon as you open the chat entry box to say something, it bumps them up permanently to cover the first chat line or two.

I keep going to click on them to move them out of the way, but as soon as I do, it re-opens the entire window =/

Anyone else know what I mean, or am I the only nut who's crazy enough to try to script and socialize at the same time? =)

Thanks for reading!

Yeah, I have this problem too, minimized windows blocking my chat. Not the most intuitive.

I agree, Kex. I'd also like the Edit window to stop popping up after minimized when I take a step . . . :)

The last 6 times this was asked for, it was ignored. Maybe there's some massively complex calculation that puts them down at the bottom (often over top of each other) that no one wants to touch...

I long ago started just dragging my script windows off the right side of the screen to get them out of the way if I want to both watch the 3D results and see the textu output.
