This is not so much of a suggestion as an idea. Perhaps sl or one of the many sl fan sites would find an interest in developing this idea. The ideas quite simple, survey the sl populous. It could be used to see where people want to see implemented next in sl. Not the ultimate guide, or law, but just a social meter.
