have the group management tools be scriptable

the idea is to allow the options one have on the group info window to be setable by script (if the owner of the script has those abilities of course), this would allow perma and temporarylly banning of people, sending notices from a scripted object, assigning people to specific roles at a chat command away, temporarilly denying group wide abilities like sending notices and proposals , inviting new members etc...
edit: oh and also perhaps allowing something like one object per group member (if they have this ability permited) to monitor group chat as well send group ims (like a channel bot, reminding people of the rules, quoting answers for frequently asked questions etc...)

They won't even let us have a llInviteToGroup() function because the data that lets an avatar invite people is stored locally with them and moves from sim to sim and the script running elsewhere would have no idea if it had the permissions or not or if they had recently been granted or revoked. Ditto the features you want.
