In the thread title you wrote "Do you want a Resident-Run Websites"; it should be "Website", singular, and since it's a question, it should have a question mark at the end.
In the body of the post you spelled "Resident" as " Residnt".
If the web site building services you are advertising involve producing any of the copy that appears on the sites you should take more care with the grammar, punctuation, spelling and typing in your ads.
