Well it works, but how do I get it to work? All I see is a big empty chatbox, but no options to contact a specific person. I'd love to use this while I am at work.

its is planned as an user to user chat system -> you talk only to the avi in SL, which wears the matching mobile receiver.
for the beta test you get your own www-page-adress and aligned receiver. certanly for free (as answer to osgeld, thanks for the hint  |

I tried the link(s) and got a 404 message, has this information/website been moved? My interest is to see if this system can be attached to the Silver Stream Media Network system deployed in SL, that links to outside sources, effectively making it part of the Game Client. You guys might want to contact me, to see what is possible.
