Hello :)

I've updated the features on the website and in-world products some more.
  1. The Search Hud has been updated so that it is fully dialog driven. You no longer have to remember every command for every type of search! Just click the "Search" button and choose the type of search you're looking for.

  2. I added Wikipedia searches to the search hud as well as adjusted the web searches.

  3. Amazon.com searches now include the ability to switch to different countries. The HUD supports all of the alternative country sites that Amazon offers: US, UK, France, Japan, Germany, and Canada.

  4. A new reference button has been addded with quick links to some reference sites. I find it useful when I'm in-world and need to pop out and look something up real quick. More reference sites will be added in the future.

  5. New Member Kit is Available - the member kit is an in-world box that let's you enter your items onto the site from inside Second Life. Simply rez the box, place your items in the box, and click the "Send Items" button. The site will also periodically poll your box for new and deleted items. Items in the box are only read for their descriptive name, type, and permissions. They are never given away or copied in any way.

Features from before include:
  1. Search the SLQuery.com site for Second Life products, landmarks, etc.
  2. Search the entire web using the Yahoo search engine
  3. Search multiple Amazon.com stores including books, music, digital music, video games, and DVDs.
  4. Search for restaurants in select US cities

There is also a special "Library" version of the Search HUD available on Info Island. This was created specifically for the library and contains links to information relative to their project as well as searches against the WorldCat site.

Both the Search HUD and Member Kit can be obtained at any of the following locations:
  1. Tretiak Media Offices
  2. Sagitta Digital Graphic Arts
  3. Musashi-Do Fashion Shop
  4. Info Island

Thanks to each of the store owner's who are graciously providing space for the kiosks! And to all of my fellow SLQuery Explorers. :)

If anyone has any questions, please contact me via this forum.
