I need to get a website up and running with paypal abilities. I have a paypal account set up already. I was going to use google sites, but they do not support paypal. Can anyone recommend the best way to proceed with this at a minimal expenses. Thank you so much for your suggestions.

I highly recommend HostMonster (http://hostmonster.com) for all hosting duties. Excellent Control Panel and free applications including PayPal-supported eCommerce. I've never personally set up eCommerce with them but they are recommended here: http://www.hostindex.com/showcases/paypalwebhosting/showcase.asp.
