In RL I manage a fairly substantial budget for PPC for the company I work for.
Part of the reason why I'm not getting the best value for money invested is that people like you come up with schemes like these.
I don't know what PPC scheme you are affiliated to but I'm pretty sure that what you are doing is against their terms and conditions.

I used to be pretty deep into adwords advertising, and listing websites as PPC. I've never come across any PPC that allows you to inflate prices paid out to you by clicking on the links advertised on your site. As far as Adwords goes, you're not even allowed to ask people to click on your links i.e. please click my link to support my site -- this is not allowed. Now, what you're asking people to do is definitely not allowed.
