Sl Boutique Problems

I am being driven insane at the moment. I sell on both SL boutique and SL exchange and in the 6 months that i ahve been selling on Slboutiquei have never encountered one problem(well i lie, just one which involved me having to relist my entire 200+ inventry but thats another story!).

Anyway i hvae recently had a problem where 195 linden i tried to transfer from Slboutique to mein world never turned up in world but now i am 195 linden short in my slboutique account. Also usually (as fellow Slboutiquers will know) money is usually transfered direct inworld after a sale so why i had to transfer it in the first place is the 2nd problem.

Also my slboutique boxes have stoped Instand Messaging me when they have sold something and when i logged on yesterday a wee bit forlorn because i handn't sold anything, i was delighted to find that i had infact sold some boots on slboutique and that my box hadnt told me. But now its in my slboutique account and i am frightened to take it out incase problem one reoccurs

Me thinks something is wrong at slboutique headquaters

Now after the first incident(now about 24 hours ago) i e messaged Jade Lily and Commece Leader to see they were offline, so i left an offliner in the hope that it was a one off incident and that the time differnce might be the reason they are both offline. The i went to real life work and returned 5 hours later with no reply from either. so i decided to wait inworld and intermittently check for there status to see if they would come online. alas when 3 o clock n the morning came i decided to e-mail them a full low down of whats happened and ask for some help and seen as though i am in real life work pretty much this entire weekend then if they would just help me.

Now being the personality that i am, i have woken up this morning wonmdering if anyone else is suffering same problems. I am getting all paranoid and yes i am aware its like only 24 hours later.

And seen as though Slboutique dont have a forum I thought i would post it here appealing for infomation as to ther whereabouts of the Slboutique crew and also is anyone else experiencing these problems.

To be honest if they hadnt contacted me by this morning i was considering removing my vendors from world and suspending listing listing on slboutique to stop sales until i had made contact with them, so that the more money that piled up inthe slboutique account the less i had to worry about going missing when i tried to withdraw it. But luck be have it when i tried to log on to second life its down for *sigh* maintenence. So i am taking that as a sign from the computer gods that i must keep my slboutique account active and that this is just a tiny glitch, but in the mean timei am paranoid that i am never going to see anymoney from any slboutique sales.

I think i just need some re-assurance.

Hey Kat, sorry about your troubles. I've forwarded this on to the SLBoutique team. I am sorry I can't help more. I'm not on the SLBoutique team and understand very little about its operation, but someone should be contacting you shortly.

Thanks for the response, just to let you know that stuff is still selling and moneys still not being transferred direct into world. and i am still 195 linden short i know your trying your best to work hard and i ttoally understand but the rent on my island is up and i need to pay it, so please please e-mail me (i sent you a support e-mail as well) to let me know when stuff has happened.

I have been having similar problems where IM's or emails arent being sent to me when something sells, also my boxes keep spamming me when no one is even touching them...

still no response still no explanation, still no 195 linden, and still money jammed in slboutique website terrified to take it out incase that goes missing as well.

I am trying to be as patient as possible i really am but why arnt things simple anymore i only need to pay my rent. I would offer to buy the land off the landlord but shes never online lng enough for me to talk to.

*sits in corner and sobs like the big cry-baby she is*

There is an issue with XML-RPC at the moment. What this means is that the messages we send into Second Life aren't being delivered, and so our scripted object in SL isn't receiving the message to pay people.

In order to fix this, I will be reversing all payment transactions. Any money that you should have received in-world (either due to sales you've made, or withdrawals) will be reflected in your SLBoutique account.

Once the messaging is working in SL again, we'll turn SLBoutique back on and you can withdraw your money. Thanks so much for your patience with this.

have spoken with commerce leader and to be honest the Lindens should be to shame for the mess they have created at sl boutique. They have messed up the messaging system that stops people getting paid. i dont know how but still thanks a lot.

Withdrawals and payments are working again, and I have credited everyone's accounts with the money that they should have received in-world. You can withdraw your money now, Kat. :)

I have only just joined SL boutique through PantyHog and loved the vendor i got, but after editing it, and putting things in (only three to start with) i put it in my inventory and when i went to get it later it had disappeared.

Now i have read on the forums that in the last 24 hours this has been a big problem, lots of peoples items going out of their inventory...
If i'd have left it somewhere (which i did not) it would have come back to me in lost and found)
I have not deleted it accidently or renamed it anything else, it is simply not there.
The owner of our place has tried to contact SL boutique and as of last night there was no word as they were not online.
I'm REALLY hoping this issue will be resolved as its official opening TODAY lol...
