Hello -

Can I get directions to a forum for shopkeepers / vendors / mall owners / in-game commerce? Is there one here, and I'm just missing it? If there is not one, are there 3rd-party sites which provide such a forum?

This would not be a "sales" forum, but discussions and questions on setting up and managing commerce in-game. Information, references and advice on setting up stores, creating/using vendors, reducing lag, standards for stall rental, prim allowances, etc.

Links and references appreciated...

How about a Linden-hosted Merchant Forum?

I don't suppose Linden would consider creating a Merchant Forum? I've been all over the web and haven't found anything to discuss in-game commerce at all, in any kind of meaningful way...

the SLuniverse.com forums have a section for economy and business, as do the SLexchange.com forums. I have a blog where I do quite a bit of business musings and you are free to contribute/respond/question/reply/talk about any of the posts there, or make suggestions for stuff you might want to see.
