There is a new development coming, the first of which are two commercial theme sims 3000AD and Spiral.
First 3000AD is a place where Mankind is almost wiped out and nature is trying to reclaim the land, Man is trying to rebuild amidst the timed Nuclear Bombs (no damage not lag) It has reasonably priced apartments for rent and commercial stores for rent for shops. We will have an ongoing scavenger hunt for great useful prizes like a homes and jewelry. There are many nooks and crannies and we encourage roleplay in the sim provided people are not using weapons to make peoples experience a negative one.
Second is Spiral is a furturistic place something in the feel of "The Jetsons" this is currently in development however we opened it so people can drop in and see what we are doing. There will be many shops here. A Meeting room in an aerial setting. Spacecars for in sim use. I thank Les White and Hank Ramos for their help in this endeavor.
The HeavensGate Estate community will be a new unique experience for people wanting to purchase land. It is a Turn Key community. When you buy land in the themed communities, (Amalfi, Italy, Santorini-Greek, Puerto Rico, Yucatan to name a few) residents will get a catalog of homes to choose from televsions radio and even tinted glass.
In development we are creating an SL broadcasting system where in world movies may be streamed into the homes which are free to residents. We are developing a business of creating inworld commercials to broadcast advertising customers........ many new exciting things to help the experience of buying land in the HeavensGate community. Care and concern as to elegance and service is the main vein the owners want new residents to experience. We want you buy land put a home out and just go out and buy furniture. We will also offer homes fully furnished.
