No choice for Jazz?
I have heard the mainstream classic rock - the tops hits from the past - so much I wouldn't seek it out.
The classic rock station here plays the mainstream classic rock most of the time. It's a very limited playlist compared to what it could be while still covering the same sort of music and event the same artists. On Sundays they deviate from this with some older stuff and some less popular stuff, stuff that hasn't been replayed to death. I find that more interesting than their normal programming.
I'd like a station that would play synthesizer classical like Wendy Carlos and similar stuff.
Also a progressive rock station, progressive meaning sounds like Emerson Lake and Palmer and Camel and Spock's Beard and others of that sort.
