Greetings, with her Master's permission, this girl has started this blog to expand the knowldge and awareness of Gorean items in the world of Second Life.

http://goreanmerchants.blogspot.com/

All merchants are welcome to join this blog and post their items, along with links to their stores in game, and shops on both SLX & SLB.

If you would like to join this site and post your new items, please send and email to klp151@yahoo.com. This girl will then send you an invite to join the blog.

The hope is to create a site where we can all benefit on sales and purchases.

This girl is speaking normaly for her role in SL. She is not being disrespectful to anyone with her posting and would appreciate the same in return.

And you aren't the forum police...let her write how the hell she chooses, in a thread she started.

I tried, really, without any good return.

When i'm on gor... call me "slave", kick me, ban me, whatever you want, it's your place. ok.
When you're on earth (outside of gor then) respect the earth lifestyle.
I'm respectfull when i'm on gor, and i would appreciate the same in return.

thx :)

*looks at the title of the thread and wondes why someone would enter a thread that they might be offended by*

This girl started a thread that is in relation to Goreans, as such, this is a Gorean based thread and not a non-Gorean based thread. Please respect that.

Head on over and check them out!! For a full line of all Turian Designs made items, stop over to Besnit where many items are put out on display!

You'll never live to see it happen. Tolerance, to a gorean, only cuts one way...theirs.

What can I say? I like the style of the clothing....
08-31-2006 16:09
I'm not Gorean and have never participated in any Gorean RP, but I really do like the silks sets and the 'free woman' gowns and veils that I've seen. I wandered onto a Gorean sim one time...nobody bothered me...nobody approached me...and had the pleasure of looking through quite a few vendors where I found that I really like the style.

Took me a little while to figure out that someone wearing silks isn't supposed to wear a veil (I think, according to Gorean tradition)...but even though I walked around like that and showed my obvious ignorance of their customs, I wasn't hassled.

Thanks for providing the link - I will definitely be checking this out in the future!

This struck me as unfair, Maklin. She's in a thread about Gor. She's posting in a Gorean fashion. Why should she change her posting manner to suit someone else?

If you look at her posting history, she's not been talking in 3rd person all the time. So it strikes to me as something pretty crazy. Maybe when the moon is at some phase this slave thing takes over and she has to talk as if she's narrating a story from the bible.

I have to say despite her attempt to post a legitamately useful piece of info for those who choose to use it, her verbage and method of communication gets slammed by ignorant sods with entirely too much free time.

Advice to Carly: Don't respond. Just ignore the tards. I'm betting 10L your Master would agree ;D

Advice to users: Your flamage here is a stark reminder of why the Linden's are closing these forums. Please shush and troll elsewhere.

PS: Bump :)
