Thinking of starting a website and a live entertainment venue in SL. Basicly, people can listen to the live acts on the website and at the club. they can chat in the chatroom on the site, basicly, people who cant get into SL can have thier own party on the site too. The club in SL itself will have no lights, no flashing dancefloors, and no high rez textures, all to keep lag low and dancing high. comments  suggestions plz and ty

Y'know Axel.. sometimes you just gotta try things out. It is really hard to say if something is "worthwhile" because with the huge member base of SL it is a true trial and error situation for things that have not been tried (or not tried too often). You seem like a go-getter. Always having a new idea or a new goal. That alone is gonna make you a success with what you do. Maybe not at first, but keep trying until you hit the big one. Good luck

cheers matey, your post gave me warm fuzzies.
I think ill give this one a go. I signed up for a free shoutcast stream but they all have catches, like a 30 second ad every 5 mins ect. So ill prolly rent a stream somewhere.
Seems like this shoud be a under $200 project, land rental. stream rental, and webhosting.
