I can't rez up my helicopter on someones land, i tried everywhere! I want to use it, someone gave it me, where are some places that allow me to do this! Help!!!

Wrong forum for this one...for general questions, use Resident Answers.
But I'll help you anyway...
Do a Search for "sandbox". Sandboxes are areas with Build enabled, specifically so people can rez objects and create new ones. Help Island Public (there's a landmark for it in your Inventory/Library/Landmarks folder) has a sandbox area.
If you wind up renting or owning land, you'll be able to rez your copter (and anything else, up to your available prims) there.

Search for Abbott's Aerodrome. You can rez your ship there, either down on the runway or on the platform. Then you can fly all around the area. Just avoid the sandboxes, unless you are armed.
