Hi,
I have an alt, she's used as a model. Lately, since Dreamland has requested no "bots", although I don't consider a model a bot, I decided to use her to play around. When I signed her in, she had a -116L$ balance. How does a free account end up with a minus balance?

Probably due to group liabilities, check the groups she is a member of to see if they charge their members group liability fees
