I am having issues atm with SL, my internet connection and SLB. So thought I would post this here in the hopes that someone at SLB would read it (really wish they had a forum).
I was imed in game today by 2 people. The first was a customer who purchased one of my houses on SLB (or so she said). The second was a different content creator who said he had no items listed on SLB, but the customer had recieved one of his freebie houses. The customer said she purchased my prefab, but got the other content creators house instead. I received no L's for this transaction and no email re: the sale. The OCC (other content creator) asked me to look in my SLB vendor box to see if I had mistakenly put in his freebie house (both houses have a similar name). The house in the vendor box was of course mine. The customer said her SLB account was credited the 250L for the prefab (I asked the OCC to check if he received the L's, but he wasnt sure and said he would check it out). Acting on good faith that the customer was telling the truth I gave her the prefab she said she had bought. Now HTH could this happen?
I am very upset with SLB right now. When they changed the website my sales went WAY down, searching items there was horrible for a while (but now seems better) and now this. I pulled my SLB vendor box and am wondering how many other sales I have not recieved L's for.
Anyone else having problems like this?

Im very displeased with SLBoutique, to the point i wont even use it anymore to buy or sell.
SLBoutique seems to not really care about the people that use their website...

Have you tried contacting the SLB support team? From the help page on SLB ( http://www.slboutique.com/index.php?p=help): To contact us, please send an in-game instant message to COMMERCE LEADER or send email to support(at)slboutique.com. If you haven't heard back in 24 hours, send me an IM inworld and I'll try to track down the right people to give you a hand.

From: Dorra Debs Cory, I didnt know who to contact in game and since my internet sucks could not get the SLB site or my email to open. No worries. If you're able to fire an email off now or get inworld and send an IM, do so - chances are they're going to have to talk to you directly to get the time of the purchase, name of the buyer, etc. in order to track down the problem. If you still can't do email or get inworld, send me a private message here on the forums with all the details you have about the transaction and I'll forward them along.

Sent two emails in the past, and messaged the CL account about half a dozen times trying to find out if they even recieved my email, and it was ignored. Thats why when people ask me about it, i tell them my lovely support story, and they go back to just using slexchange. In my experience with being an admin for azure, ive learned that yes, no support is better then bad support, but i find that no support period, is a bit excessive and unprofessional.

Its been more then 24 hours since sending an im to Commerce Leader in game. No response so far (I checked my email at work). What I really find funny (NOT) about all this is the the other content creator I was talking about in my original post told me he would check into this also as he was an employee of Electric Sheep Company.

Missing gift purchase
01-29-2007 17:44
I'm fairly new to SL, and when I found SLBoutique thought it would be a good way to send a gift. 3 days ago, and the person never received it. Em'd contact today at SLB, haven't heard. Hoping it is not an issue, but this thread makes me think otherwise. I'll keep watching to see what my options are, and wish the best for others...

I did get this issue resolved after iming Cory in game. Once the ball got rolling I was totaly satisfied with the customer service. I wish I hadn't had to jump through so many hoops though. I did put my SLB vendor back out, but will not have all my items in it.

Update: I was contacted by Commerce Leader from SLBoutique while inland, and he took care of my situation. While it did take a few days, and gives me pause, he went a couple steps extra to make sure I was satisfied, and that counts for something. Just wanted to give a final outcome to my particular situation...

I have no problems with this service and have talked with CL in the past a few times, but i no longer use this service because i never made any sales there. SLX on the other hand I've made probably a couple hundred thousand linden in the past 2 1/2 years, which has gone into keeping my PC up to date to continue running SL through it's changes lol.

I have not used SLB as a vendor, but I have purchased from their site and I really enjoyed it; found it easy to use and had no problems with the transactions.
