Mission Statement -
Secondsoul.net strives to be your favorite hub for all information regarding Second Life. Whether that be Blogging, Posting images and movies, or just participating in forum chat, we intend to make it an easy, enjoyable experience to all. Group forums, blogs and albums can be set up free of charge and skinned to meet your needs.

Moderation Statement -

a) Forum -
SecondSoul admin are on a mission to make sure that our forums are clean, respectable, and always a fun place to be. Moderation of any kind to the forums will be light, in most cases only moving posts to the proper forums. No penalties will be issued except only for the most extreme of cases. SecondSoul admin will make sure that any poster who's post or thread is moderated will be notified in detail why.

b) User Blogs & Galleries -
SecondSoul admin assure you that we will NOT moderate any user blog or gallery album except only in the most extreme cases. Extreme cases include, but are not limited to personal RL threats, or illegal activity of any kind. In any case that we have to moderate a user blog or gallery album, the poster will receive a full explanation as to why.

Information Sharing Statement -
SecondSoul.net encourages all our members to share information and are free to do so. SecondSoul.net does not claim rights to any forum, blog, or image posted on our forums. All information remains copyright of the original owner/poster. Information sharing on other media outlets are allowed. We only ask that you ask permission about reposting OFFICAL SECOND SOUL COMPANY INFO. (This most likely won't be an issue.)

Privacy Statement -
SecondSoul.net will NEVER release any information regarding your personal info to the general public. SecondSoul.net will however comply with any law enforcement or court order. You IP address, official email address, and other personal info will never be posted, shared or placed in any advertisement, or given to any third party unless required by US or international law.

a) Avatar Verification -
Users are encouraged but not required to register or link their SecondSoul avatar with their Second Life avatar. Registration is easy and fast, simply IM or Email a SecondSoul admin from within Second Life your email address. We will quickly cross check with the email addressed used on our forums and place you into a "Verified" avatar group within our forums. WE WILL NOT REDISTRIBUTE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS TO ANY THIRD PARTY EVER.

The Red Light District category and Devil's Playground forum introduces a place for all registered members to post what ever they wish without the worry of heavy moderation. These forums are for registered users only, and are only viewable by such. We express that the Red Light District and all sub forums are MATURE and not for the faint of heart. While SecondSoul DOES moderate in extreme cases, we will not comment, remove or ban for the general rant, drama, etc in this forum. There may be a case where moderation will be our only choice. These extreme cases are in effect for all media at SecondSoul, and may include, but is not limited to RL Personal Threats, Illegal Activity, Child Pornography, and the like.

In any case that we moderate any post or media at Second Soul, we will notify the poster regarding why.

Cool. Looks like you have things well organized. I was shocked to come back from a break from SL to find that the forums are closing. Glad to see there's somewhere else to go.

SecondSoul has extended the sign up bonus of L$500 to the first 100 members, upped from the old limit of 50!

- How do you sign up and collect?

Simply sign up for your free account by clicking the link at the bottom of the page, use any name you wish, although your Second Life avatar name is recommended. Start your own topic OR post to an existing topic. Then IM me in world providing your forum screen name. I will then pass you your check for L$500 and add you to the "Verified SL Avatar" group on SecondSoul! Easy as that!

Don't forget we have free Blogs and Galleries to ALL members who join, so bring your friends lets get this party started! Also if you have a domain you wish to point to YOUR blog/gallery hosted freely on our site, simply contact me (PM, In world, E-mail) and I'll give you all the pointing information you need.

We currently have 59 members, quite a few away from my goal of 100. So if you're still looking for a easy going, fun, new-player friendly forum to join, we may be just what you're looking for!

Having problem to load the forum lately. What's wrong???

I tried to go to the site, but it wasing working. Are you sure you guys are still up?

Ugh was just about to post about this, we are experiencing some evil DNS issues, which I am currently working on restoring.

I should have everything back up and running soon, and be advised I also have a 100% current backup of the forum. So nothing should be lost!

Sorry about the delay, I'll keep everyone posted on this as I get it fixed!

Just to let everyone know, we're BACK UP!!

I was hoping that the simple root domain switch would be fairly quick and painless, alas I was wrong lol. Never the less we're back up and running! (and hopefully will never see downtime like that again.)

I registered once, never got an email and I couldnt log in. Tried to register again with the same name and it said it was taken. So, I tried again with another email, another name, no dice.

Hi Sam.... this happened to me to. I registered at Second Soul at the end of September and still haven't received my 500L. I sent you two in world IMs but with all the strange grid activity you must not have received them so I just wanted to let you know I am registered and participating on Second Soul.

This is a really cool site. Plus, I joined, posted, and IM'd Sam an hour ago. Half an hour after that he IM'd me back and I got the $L500. Which, as a basic account newbie, was great! The site looks cool too - I'd encourage people to take a look.
