Land auctions - history of land price in Mainland

After some time and enough effort I gathered all data available from SL website for all auctions that took place from march 2004-9th September 2007. More than 10800 land auctions , both in Linden$ and US$, all sizes. The first results and presentation of a quick analysis are published on my site. http://www.brazilcomet.com.

I hope that it can be a usefull source of information for all dealing with land in Mainland.
