Hiya all. I just posted a new article on the blog ( http://SecondLifeBAE.wordpress.com). It's a topic that fascinates me about how RL businesses like Dell, Coke, IBM, etc, are trying to use SL as a marketing platform and their failures/successes. I hope you'll pop over and take a look and perhaps add your input. I'm also trying to turn the topic into a brainstorming process of how we all can benefit from this phenomena and help bridge this gap for the mutual benefit of RL and SL businesses. Hugs, Pips

I'm sure you wouldn't want my input on it...... Good luck with your blog, though. EDIT: I read it and it is well done. I must admit your are right as to why the Corps failed before, and what they need to do when they come back, which I think they are unfortunately. Very astute, and I have to admit, the Coke/Gor bit made me chuckle.

Hugs, Pips Well thought out I totally agree as we promote our RL business in game and it works for us, but we are available to our members we interact, listen to what they want and wherever possible we do it for them. Something the big boys just don't do, although ours isn't a tangible product but a website the train of thought is still the same. Good luck with the blog as well it was a good read and keep the interesting topics coming
