I've spent the last few weeks creating http://slbuzz.com/, not a tabloid news site as someone suggested, but a community site that is probably attractive to almost everyone. While there are many more features under development I feel that the site is ready to be used.
Among others, the features are:
Blogs: A must these days. I don't think I need to elaborate.
Pics: Yes, upload 1st life and 2nd life pics.
Profiles: Allows you to enter lots of first and second life details
Friends: Find someone you like? Add them to your friends list
Snapshots: Upload snapshots by sending them as postcards to [email]pics@slbuzz.com[/email]
Private Messages: Communication is key for any healthy relationship, so we got that too.
Searching by location: Find other members from your area. Makes it easy to find others for real life gettogethers.
and lots more coming. I'm fairly certain that you won't be disappointed.
