Is one web tab in your profile not enough for you? SLTabs.com lets you easily add multiple tabs to your profile - you just sign into the site, add one or more tabs and specify a label and URL for each one. The tab editor gives you the URL to put into your web profile, and allows you to preview what the tabs will look like offline. The site is currently in testing so not all functionality is yet available, but the basic tab editor is fully functional. Once the site is released, there will be both a free and premium service. If you are interested in helping to test in exchange for free access to all site features once it is released, please contact me at cristiano@sluniverse.com. Upcoming features include: - being able to track how many times each tab is viewed - adding special preconfigured tabs to your profile from various SL third party sites, blogs, and other services. - adding tabs that allow you to edit the content on the sltabs.com site easily - for example, new product galleries, event listings, rss feed reformatting, and more.

Apparently I lost my first post here so I'll say again, outstanding job Cris.
I've got SLQuery, SLBoutique, Snapzilla, and the url for my mytabs in mine so far.
I think the pages designed for including in the web tab browser should have some navigation features built in, like a Back button, and the webtab itself should have at least a Back button added to it.
I want to see some commerce and some searching and some chat and some foruming going on in the webtab!

I definitely think the UI needs to have a back button added to it, though I don't think LL envisioned the web tab being used for browsing the way that people are using it. I will see if I can find an easy way to add one to SLTabs - unfortunately, I think with the way that the site works that I may not be able to implement a universal back button. I'll give it a try though - I will at least incorporate one into the Snapzilla page if I can.

is it me being sleepy or is it bugged right now? You're not sleepy - it was turned off during this testing process, I should just hide the link altogether.

It's working quite well Cris but I did notice an anomaly. This isn't on your side though. When clearing cache and restarting, the 'home' url will revert back to the very first one entered. It's a pain, to reset though it's just a re-entry and clicking 'OK'. Too bad LL hasn't got this documented somewhere in release notes.

I noticed that too when browsing in my own profile - it seems to be a bug, or maybe they did not expect people would be browsing in their own profile (why the hell they don't just add a full browser window I don't know). I will report it - ideally, you should be able to just specify the home URL once and then have it not change, no matter what you click on.

Just a note: I am loving this tabs feature you made Cristiano! Thanks for making it.
