Most of you have probably already heard that we are rebranding SLBoutique with the new name OnRez (www.onrez.com). We have completely rebuilt the site and it is dramatically improved on many fronts, across usability, dependability, more inworld shopping/seller tools, and more.

We have completed the migration of all SLBoutique data (products, accounts, balances, images) to the new OnRez service. We were hoping to open OnRez today but we've had a murphy's law occurance with our old hosting provider, and so are doing a fast colo move of the final batch of our servers from the old colo to our new provider. The net result is that OnRez will not be up until tomorrow Wed July 25, 2007.

I hope we will be able to link out in the new version. We can link to our stores on both SLExchange and SLShopper - not being able to link out in SLBoutique was a significant mark against it.

If by "link out" you mean post an SLURL to your store, um, I did that in every item's description.

Is it just me, or is the Shop Onrez site running really slow if you are updating/adding anything to it for sale?

the site is offline now (well they only have a placeholder page) spent till 4 a.m. updating stuff had one box that would not take the new script and put up with slow and now its gone. Hope that all that work was not for nothing. It was a nice change and looked like it would do well with all the categories etc.

Anyhow doh! I should not have stayed up putting up with that speed I guess

I guess all those people updating at the same time killed the server.....I couldn't get my drop box to update with the new scripts, but the fiance managed to get his running after a while, so I guess it was server load.

I'm having some trouble getting the dropbox to update too. All items that are tagged "No Modify" have disappeared from the OnRez website, but were ok on SL Boutique! These items are all furniture that have "No Modify" poseballs attached to them. I do not have modify rights to the animations inside these poseball myself. Could this be the problem? Any Ideas?

I got everything updated but I had to delete a full box of 50 items so in the end i did it the way I didn't want to relisting in a new box. One box I had deleted the onrez update scripts telling me I had to get a new box the other slboutique box I had took the new scripts no problem . The site is a lot faster now so i just need to find all the photos and redo the descriptions and and

Would have been a lot less hard on me if i had not had to totally redo a box because the slboutique box which was supposed to accept the new script kept telling me the opposite.

Anyhow for me i'm mostly done (kinda) about 20 items i have to go through still so another evening of farting around to get all sorted out and I should be done. All in all thouhg I like the new site better and it allows me to put up a banner too which was kinda cool.
