If you want me to give you criticism from a webdesigner point of view, I would say that this site is really bad. The design looks like it's made from a Microsoft Word Template or something. And it's quite messy! So if you really want to promote your products you will need to have a website that reflects your products.

Its once thing to voice your opionion (which is perfectly fine ) but to make it constructive you would need to add pointers and advice. Kind regards Natalie

Thanks for all the feedback Ivan, I plan on using some of your suggestions for future website updates.
No I didn't create the template it was pre-installed with my hosting package
No need to apologise for english not being your first language, I think I understood everything you said.
Kind regards Natalie

Geez, I don't think it's so bad. Perhaps a little tweaking won't hurt, but ultimately what are you trying to do? A) Present your SL products or B) trying to win a website design award.
If the answer is A, you are fine.

It's simple to navigate and easy to use. It's not the prettiest looking website, but I'd guess you are more interested in making it easy for people to buy things. Yes, it looks a bit old-fashioned, but personally if I'm looking to buy something all I care about is a simple site that I can navigate without thinking. If there's flashy graphics that slow me down while I'm browsing, I probably won't bother with the site, there is always somewhere else to look.

MAIN PAGE: Top bar: attractive image. Buttons: The text on the buttons is too small, boldface would help. As for the buttons... it is too long of a string of buttons with nothing to break it up. Grouping these would help. Text: Try changing the font, although you will want to use one that is common enough that most people have it installed. "learn't": please correct to either "learnt" or "learned" to appease the spelling police (self inc luded ) http://www.askoxford.com/asktheexperts/faq/aboutspelling/learnt Make the text area for the text at the top smaller so it will wrap, I have a big screen and so the text is spread wayyyyy out and hard to read. Logo: The logo at lower right is too small to see the image clearly. Visitor counter: Personally, I'm not fond of these and would prefer you use your web hosting site to track your stats and not display them on the page. As the potential customer, *I* am the ONLY visitor that counts. (If you don't have a good HTML editing program, I have one and would be happy to help, if you like.) OTHER PAGES: Products: The product images are quite small, it would be good to be able to click on these and see a larger image as you can on SLX. Policies: Need spelling check. Spelling and grammar reflects "attention to detail" in the eyes of a potential customer. (I know some don't care, but others will notice.)

If the answer is A, you are fine. Well, if the website is bad people won't bother to stay there to even look at the products. That's the problem.

Hey Nat. As a consumer, I like your site. Pretty straight forward and very easy to navigate. I found everything just fine. I did miss the tutorials though. Are those coming back? I liked those and have sent quite a few people there when I meet a newbie in world. Hate to see those go away. Also, looks like your items are getting better all the time. See ya!

Rude people, no matter how expert they are, are on my "out list". People skills are more important than your sense of self importance.......and that will alway be the case. I wish you luck in your web design profession.

ok a bit of feedback,
in itself it doesn't look all to bad, the menu could use a bit of work as it looks a bit static, changing the image so it looks like the buttons are pressed down when the mouse goes over it makes a world of difference but it's a detail. one thing that does bug me is the new products section looks very out of place.

Hi Ariana, Thanks for the feedback, As for the new products section, I know but I'm not sure as to what to do to fix it lol. I don't have the skills for building my own layout ect and I can't afford to pay someone else to do it either so it kinda leaves me stuck Kind regards Natalie
