I am building a website and one of the features that I am looking at is making a toolbar that is aimed at Second Life users. I have a preliminary one already set up and I am looking for feedback on it. I would like to hear what users would like to see in a toolbar. What is good, bd, or just plain ugly about it. What is missing that really needs to be there.

Note that my site that has a small link on it is still under construction so don't mind that for now.
