SL Survey for MSc Project (paid)- pretty please!! :)

The real reason for me to join SL was to do an explorative study on it ... but now I'm addicted and I can't imagine switching off!

I need another 330 respondents to do a 5mins survey. Each respondent will be paid $100L a little way of saying thank you for your kindness

I've just had a look at another forum where people are concerned that this is some sort of scam. Therefore to give peace of mind I'm downloading names at the end of each day and paying out daily instead.

I will make a summary of my results available (no direct references to avatar names) but as the project half belongs to City University I need to gain their permission first.

I'm online most of the time due to the nature of my research so please feel free to IM me if you have any other concerns.

I think the point was that post #2 was asking for your departmental or project site *at* city.ac.uk, not the school home page itself.

Regardless, I took the survey myself and would be very surprised if it was to support marketing work. I'd also be rather surprised if you could generate any useful results from a small, self-selected sample of forum readers which itself is a tiny, self-selected sample of the players of SL. But then again, I was trained in scientifically accurate methods of social research.

I was also quite suprised that City University claims copyright on your research writings, but perhaps things are done differently across the pond.
