My husband and I founded the SL Triathlon group in February, which now has 160 members. SL Triathlon is Second Life’s only global triathlon club in Second Life, catering to the millions of enthusiasts worldwide, who compete in the swimming, cycling and running races every year.

Our unique service are free spinning classes (indoor cycling), which people can train to in RL, while their avatars sit on virtual exercise bikes in SL. We stream live audio instructions and music during the classes. (Tuesdays & Thursdays at 12pm noon SLT)
